These people, and their service are fantastic! A few months back, I was issued an emergency 'fall' button. After speaking with different people, I discovered that if something happened to the button, I was responsible for repair or replacement! I was rather alarmed at this news being I am on a fixed income. I found out this was the company that the button was issued through. I called them to see if I had ANY options. They were so pleasant, nice, and understanding. They explained to me that for a one time (reasonable) charge, I could purchase a "warranty". I said just in case, yes! Well, my cord the button hangs on, has broken twice, and all I have had to do is place a call, and the friendliest, most pleasant people have shipped one out to me that day! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their personnel! Anytime I need medical supplies, I will check them first!
