        I highly recommend Kathrine! She is sweet, professional, and compassionate. Although I couldnt have my labs drawn at the time I was there (not her fault!), she was wonderful to work with.

        Signed in, their system stated 3 minute wait time, another person came in (without appointment) and was taken before me. My 3 minute wait was almost 30 minutes. The kiosk is a joke and not accurate. The technician was great but their process not so much. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

        Every single time I come in here even if its just opened I wait almost an hour to be seen. They dont have a receptionist and the staff in pharmacy are absolutely helpless. Asked if they could unlock a bathroom for me she literally said no youll have to ask the DLO receptionist which again there isnt one lol! Extremely poor customer service.
