I am sorry I am not sure why people are unhappy here and that is fine! I just want to say my piece. This place absolutely rocks. Dr. Boren is absolutely the most culturally sensitive practitioner and the most knowledgeable practitioner I have ever interacted with. This is a great place; I feel super safe here.

I went to Goddard Health with complains of a sore throat. I was in a lot of pain and my tonsils were extremely swollen. I had a suspicion that I had strep so I went in to the clinic. Upon examination, the doctor said, "well I don't believe it's strep." She prescribed me over the counter mucus medicine but sent me for a strep test just to make sure. The lady that gave me the test was very cold and somewhat rude and the strep test was extremely painful. I got the email that said my strep test was NEGATIVE, and that I just had a common cold. Over the next few days, I got extremely worse and had almost unbearable pain. I went to an urgent care and they gave me another strep test that wasn't painful at all and it came back POSITIVE. They actually gave me medication that worked and my pain got better the SAME DAY. The people at Goddard were extremely dismissive and disregarded my pain and illness due to lack of care. Do not go here if you want to receive attentive medical care.
