The massages are wonderful, however I've had several issues related to customer service. Two separate times I've showed up for my appointment only to be told it was canceled because they smelled gas and had to wait for ONG to check it out. That's totally understandable. They have me a gift card for the inconvenience which was nice. But after trying three times I haven't been able to actually use the gift card. You can't schedule online without paying for it first. When I showed up at the appointment and asked to use my gift card instead I was told no because they already charged my card. They said it would be noted on my account so the next time I scheduled I could use the card. That didn't happen so again my card was charged. Today I called to make the appointment instead and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I was close so I just drove over and neither employee at the front was on the phone. Both denied putting anyone on hold. When I tried to explain the issue I was having the employee kept interrupting me and telling me they could run the gift card when I showed up for my appointment. But I know that's not true because I tried that last time. I kept trying to explain that but she wouldn't let me speak and even gave me some attitude at one point. She made me an appointment and said my credit card wouldn't be charged in advance. I'm not holding my breath.

I have never gotten a facial before and was very pleasantly surprised at what a wonder experience it was! Jesse made it so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. She also recommended skin care products to me when I asked for suggestions. I had facial waxing done by Breanna and she did a great job too. She made it painless and did everything I asked. I've had massages here in the past and always had a great experience too. The staff have always been kind, professional and make every experience very relaxing and pleasant.

Ive seen Charity twice now for a massage and I will keep coming back! She is very knowledgeable & does an amazing job! I have had numerous massages in different cities & I can definitely say she is one of the best! I always leave feeling so much better than before!!

Decided to get a massage on a whim. I was able to get in same day. Jani gave me a wonderful massage. I feel Amazing!
