Horrid experience just trying to get a quote. I originally called and after having to go through a series of "push 1's and push 2's" I finally reached a real person. After about a minute of back and forth "Bien" didn't possess the greatest communication skills, I asked if he was an agent, which he wasn't-just a call center. I asked to be connected to an agent, and was informed that he would message someone to see if they were available. After being on hold for three minutes - I timed it - Bien came back on and said the (only?) agent was busy and would be a few minutes. I told him I would call back. A few minutes later, my wife called the same number and reached an agent. She seemed very disinterested in the conversation, and after several minutes of answering all of her questions, she asked for both my wife's and my social security numbers. When I informed here that I did not disclose that information over the phone, she bluntly said "Thank you then." and hung up. Must have been having a bad day, so I upped the review from one to two stars.
