Do NOT use this agency! Im now in year 2 with this insurance company and they increased my premium on my home insurance by 69% (from $3,193/year to $5,395/year) without a notice of renewal telling me about the price increase, etc. Ive never had a claim on my homeowners policy nor on my auto policy through them (they talked me into the auto policy because I was supposed to be getting a bundled discount). They say the reason for the over $2,000/year increase is because my structure replacement price went up by $32,000 and inflation. Im sorry but in what world is inflation 69% per year! This agency is a fraud and they are ripping off customers! They seem really nice at first and their rates seem to be very competitive but they count on getting their money back the second year and thereafter. You need to pay attention to your premiums and make sure they arent increasing your premiums without your knowledge! I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal counsel!
