I am not sure what is worse, the customer care team or the HOA management. There is too much bad to list in a single post. I have had to stay on the company to pick up trash. They refused and just put the yard on top of it all. The HOA management company does nothing cause the builder is the problem. They say "the board voted" to raise rates or whatever. The problem is that no one in the neighborhood is on this "HOA Board," and the management company will not say who is on the board. This makes getting any issues resolved impossible.  If you tell them they are not doing their job, they have the lawyer threaten you. I was lied to before closing about a fireplace option, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told I could hire someone to fix it on my dollar. The tape lines are still visible, screws are backing out of the sheet rock, the grout has voids, electric outlets were installed with wood screws, the trees were not dug down into the earth so many through the neighborhood are dead or dying and so on.  Everything i am pointing out can be easily seen by their managers as easily as we can see them. So are they blind? They will spend more energy trying to smooth talk around the issue than they would if they just fixed it in the first place. I love my house, but I would not buy it again based on the company. I feel like I bought my house from people who sold used cars' last job. I called on the 8th of December. After I had to follow up, I was told they had 10 days to fix my issues. Needless to say, that timeline came and went, just to have the boss call me and tell me they would not be fixing the issue I was lied to over and there was nothing the company would do to make it right. Then hung up on me. It would take an electrician very little time to fix the issue, and they will not even come take a look. He told me it could not be fixed without even seeing it. I informed him of that and asked if they would pay after I had fixed it. That was not acceptable either. They lied, had no intention of fixing their lie, and did not want me to fix it and show them they were wrong. Every single person who touched this should be fired.  especially Ron!

The Ideal Homes team were all professional, provided great customer care and the builder was fantastic to work with! Very pleased with my new Ideal Home and would recommend to anybody looking to build a home! Thank you for making it a great experience!
