NEVER BUY FROM CONFIDENCE FORD OF NORMAN Folks, do I have a story for you. Im not the person to bash a business on Facebook. Being a business owner, Im a firm believer in second chances, but I encourage you to read below about the horrible service of Confidence Ford in Norman. In July of 2023, I purchased a used 2021 Ford Bronco Sport (Big Bend). Shortly after driving it off of the lot, I noticed some brake squeaking. Its been really bad and they said they cant find anything wrong. Additionally - there was a small dent in the door that the salesman told me could be fixed under the warranty. They in fact did not cover it under the warranty and I still have both of these issues with my $35,000 car. Fast forward to this week. Saturday I dropped off my car for a recall & airbag warning light. It took them 45 min to check me in because they forgot I was in the garage waiting to get checked in. I eventually walked in and told the manager. They said they would get to it Monday morning and they scheduled a valet drop off, which is new for them, to my place of work between 12:30pm-1:30pm. I received an updated email confirmation and text confirming this. On Monday, I never received my vehicle and received a cancellation notice so I tried calling 15 more times and nobody answered. I got a hold of their receptionist and was told I would receive a call back and I never did. Later that afternoon, I called 10 more times and got ahold of the lady who scheduled my drop off. She said she would send someone immediately. I received another email & text confirmation. 2 hours later, nobody arrived. I called the dealership and spoke with the same lady who told me that my car hasnt been worked and shes not sure where its at. I called the guy who checked in my car on Saturday after finding his number and he told me hes sorry and when they find it/get to it - they will give me a complimentary oil change and thats the best they can do. I asked for a loner vehicle or a partner that I could get a vehicle from on their dime, but they said they cant offer that and if they could - it would be a daily charge. Steve Adams was a great help in my experience here - great guy who genuinely wanted to help me find my best option. All of the people I encountered at this location were very friendly and nice to work with. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they really tried to make me feel welcome and found me a great deal. There were some hiccups in finalizing but they did everything they could to get me there! I would be willing to return here if the time came for a new car. Thank you all!

All are friendly and the service was quick! I have never had a bad experience dropping off vehicles or waiting for service to be completed!
