Returned back to Branch after a year or so (12FEB24) to get a new debit card, and STILL a wonderful experience!! Thank You Nik and Stephanie B... The coffee and conversation was right on time!!!

I recently decided to join the Modern Age and make a cash app account. For whatever reason, when trying to make my initial deposit into that account, I kept being rejected. So I got dressed and drove myself down here to try to figure out what the deal was. In short, the issue was not at all on True Sky's end, but the woman who helped me come to that conclusion is absolutely delightful. Thank you so much for helping me, mystery woman!
And, in case you were curious about the conclusion to this goofy financial saga, the solution was just to make multiple smaller deposits instead of one large one. It's not a really good security feature if it could be defeated so simply, is it? Cash app needs to learn from TrueSky. Merry christmas!
