The lady told me she would have my order ready the day I asked. I show up to pick it up and its not ready. I drove from Edmond all the way to norman I did not receive a phone call or anything. When I asked for my things back she said it was already popped open (it was a pillow I was having done) and that I could have it back I said not in that condition its a birthday gift. I most definitely would not recommend this place. After getting my pillow the sewing that was done was horrible. I have a video of it but it wont let me post it. Service: Embroidery designs

This is a multipurpose shop with happy, helpful customer service. What a pleasure to see that there are still honest, lovely people in workplaces!

Ive had them do some work a few times and they did a great job,Ive known the owner (Donna) for years and youll be hard pressed to find a sweeter more professional Lady,if you have and issue with any of her services just politely bring it to her attention and shell do all she can to make it right for you
