This branch has wasted my time and continues to waste my time do to consistent errors on their end. If they did not create multiple errors in their system and on my side. I would walk away and go else where. However, Im stuck in a rock and a hard place because they proceeded to run my credit with out my written authorization. It was made clear to the loan officer that I would advise when I was ready to have my credit checked. I am now having to deal with multiple managers and dispute a hard credit hit that was not approved by me. Also the loan officer did not update my information correctly prior to checking my credit (without a signed approval) and did not figure numbers correctly. I would have never known this if I had not spoken to the manager in person. May I add that they will make you wait for hours to contact you back after telling you they will get back to you with in a few minutes to an hour.
