Can you give negative stars? Well a single star will do. Went in on 3/15/24. Pharmacy staff lack customer service and are extremely rude. When reporting issues about Pharmacy store management took it bc Pharmacy Manger was out till Monday and was told I would receive a call back never got a call back had to call in myself on 3/19 to speak to the pharmacy manager since she didnt return the call and told her I had an issue with the Pharmacy due to their behavior and the fact they kept sending incorrect information to our new Pharmacy and were withholding prescriptions full information from the new Pharmacy and incorrect doctors.

This pharmacy is horrible. It's very rare to interact with an employee who is polite, patient, or transparent. They do not seem to care about their customers or how important the things we come to a pharmacy are. If you can go to a different pharmacy, definitely do so. I'll be looking for another that accepts the prescription plan my employer offers. This pharmacy is horrible to deal with. I have issues 90% of the time.

I don't know why this location gets such low reviews. I went through the drive-thru pharmacy today and got literally the most courteous and friendly service and helpful service I've gotten from any place in a long time. Reagan helped me and could not have been any more pleasant and efficient at her job. I will so use this location again!

Everyone's polite nice and very helpful My roommate wants to know if the tall red-haired girl that works evenings if she is single..... He's going to kill me.....
