Don't ask for help at 3:45. They are stampeding to the back to clock out. I asked the only girl on the floor if they carried a certain brand. She said "No, check Target" and walked away. She didn't even ask what product I was looking for so that she could offer a substitution. Very poor service. The cashier asked if I found everything I was looking for. When I said no, she just ignored what I said and cashed me out.

Very well maintained and helpful staff. I have not tried Salon services but overall very good experience over the years. Quick buys, roadside pick up, returns and all.

I had an appointment scheduled with the Ulta hair salon for over a week. The morning of my event, they called to cancel on me. I had to find a place last minute that would do my hair and I was not lucky. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled the whole situation. There were other stylists in the salon working that day. Tell me that I needed to reschedule for a different day, but the wedding was for that day. The ladies that work in the Ulta store are great they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never recommend Ulta for Hair Salon again. When this happened, I called around to different places and they said that it is a common thing for Ulta employees to do. They just don't show up for work and then those people are canceled on the day of their event. This is not a professional business. I will never recommend Ulta for the hair salon ever again.
