Budget Car Rental

Ive used this device multiple times over the last seven years and today was my last time. I booked my car a week in advance. I arrive early they inform me they are not going to rent to me because of my credit score. I immediately alarmed check my credit karma app and it say my credit is 640 to my surprise. I get my vehicle it did not a have a full tank of gas in it. The information light was on for the back passenger tire my entire trip. I returned the car in the exact condition I rented it. They inform me since it was not completely full they were going to charge me $10/gal when they are inside of the Walmart that has a gas staff ion attached that has gas at $2.98/gal. Side note when renting from the airport the refill on gas isnt that expensive. Make that make sense. Your clerk wanted to let me know how ungrateful I was when I voiced my complaint. Do better and if you were considering using this company dont take your business elsewhere.

I want to thank DL at the Norman location for finding my grandchildrens tiny Nintendo Switch game card in the rental car I returned the previous day. I called to see if the car was still in the lot so I could search for it, but DL had already found it and was holding it for me at the counter. THANK YOU!!
