I let a cheap fast oil change place change the oil last time (thinking to save money with the extra convenience). Turns out they stripped the bolt on my oil pan. With an X3, its not a DIY. The X3 needed a new pan. Priced elsewhere about the same. Mike had it done in three days. He stood behind it. X3 rides again, shes so happy! Will be a new regular as I have another BMW (1998 740i) and it needs maintenance. Thank you, Mike. You have a returning customer with me.
