When our heater went out. We were recommended to call Americare Heat & Air. Tanner came out same afternoon and diagnosed the problem, went and got the part needed fast. Shortly after him retrieving the part we had heat again. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Fast, Friendly and Efficient!!!!

My home air conditioner went out the day before Labor Day 2023, and the guys from Americare were able to come out on Labor Day at 10:30am and had my AC fixed by noon. They can often keep even old ac units like mine (built in 1984) going for years to come. When other companies just try to upsell you to a full new system, these guys were able to find the issue and fix it for only a couple hundred bucks. - Isaac in Norman, OK. I hate to leave a negative review but it really has just been such a nightmare to even get ahold of this company. They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in 2020. In February of 2023 our furnace stopped working. They came out several times to repair it but couldnt get it fixed. Tanner told us it would probably have to be replaced under warrantyand then we never heard from them again. We cant get ahold of them by phone or email. At this point we dont really care if its repaired of replaced as long as its working but we cant even get in touch for them to come back and look at it and its still not working. Additionally, in February 2023 we paid for their service plan and set an appointment for them to come check our AC in the spring. They never showed up for that appointment, never called to reschedule, and havent called to set an appointment to check our furnace (which still isnt working) ahead of winter. We are beyond frustrated and just cant recommend enough that you try another company.

Until ken came! We wasnt a expect who is bright and greeting us to get these a/c fix! (Keep that mind it was hot outside) We arent sure if it will solve until he shows and explain the problem. The processes are get rapidly delivery and fixed in follow day (cuz we live renter). He did take care as ensure other employees are take care the ac as promised get fixed to colder temperatures cuz mind that outside was over 100! Now we are happy have home cooler air, again.
