This is a nice area, but these houses are thrown up with the cheapest materials and absolutely no care. Just check the LGI fb group, owners are starting a lawsuit against the builder for houses that are already falling apart. .. zero sound or weather proofing, cheap materials, cheap finishings, poor construction, even HVAC systems that weren't completed on turned-over homes. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE THESE S*** BOXES!

Julius was awesome. Still waiting on my yard to get fix, Jay promised never showed up! Backyard sits in puddle of water when it rains, especially since they took my fence down, dug up the sod and left it d/t new home build, now it’s lumpy and uneven. Slumps down and I have a mommy lake after it rains. Overall: Love my home though! Love the neighborhood. The buying experience was great! Been here since 2019!

Omg these homes are just so elegant and spacious! Did I mention affordable? The community is lovely, right next to the library and the grade school. Oh let's not forget the massive park with a pond, walk ways and work out area. The only thing missing is a fenced in community and a pool! I wrote this review originally after living here for a very short time. After living here longer and living through some storms I have a very different view. 😩 The homes LEAK, Brand new homes should not leak but it's a constant complaint of owners. The back yard slopes down and rain water gushes in through the backdoor. Now they are building homes that sit above the privacy fence line and the flooding with rain has become a million times worse and those above spots are washing away. So any new homes built up there WILL loose ground and the foundation will go bad. It makes no sense as to why they didn't foresee any of that being an issue. Be warned Now community issues ... No one watches their kids. And there are ALOT of punks out here, kids laying on the street to stop traffic, throwing baseballs at windows or basketball at cars. HOA being utterly ignored and disregard, We have nice garages but rarely does anyone use them and prefer to park in the street and with these awkward pull in area to the community you can't see around them, it's an accident waiting to happen.
