Just a wife giving her review of having a husband who worked for this company for 5 years. Before the pandemic it was an amazing company to work for after was a different story. The time away from home got longer and longer everytime. Usually you only got a day or weekend notice of leaving for 3 weeks or more. Even if it was supposed to be a 4 day job it could and would turn into a 2 week job. This was due to machines not working correctly due to not doing proper maintenance on it. If you want to go to a child's graduation or program it was a no we really need you, but the office guys never missed a game, program, or graduation. Then the foreman who work salary only get paid salary even if they work over 60 hours a week because when your out of town you will work everyday 10 to 12 hours a day unless the job has a day when you don't work, and that's usually just one day during the week. So your essentially getting paid for 40 hrs but working over sixty. Also if you get salary you don't get miles when driving or riding passenger. Then there is no real communication. You literally have to continously ask multiple people questions because it super hard to get a response from anyone. The head foreman won't respond half the time so you have to go to Taylor or Tommy and they won't respond. If you do go to Taylor he won't respond then will act like he didn't get asked as well as the head foreman. Then if you ask a question to any of them on the weekend their response is why are you bothering me when I'm spending time with my family! Although they expect a response within 2 minutes if they text you after your home or its your day off. In my opinion if you value time with your family or to be treated with respect or like your a human being with other responsibilities other then working, find a different place to work. If not look forward to being used and abused then when your fired be told one thing and everyone else gets told something else making you look like a piece of trash.
