        I usually never write reviews but I have to praise the man who ran this establishment. I will start by saying he tried really hard to do me a favor and fit me into his busy schedule today for a DL and unfortunately the system crashed. This is obviously something he could not help and was very apologetic. They were very busy and some people were just not so kind but he continued to handle everyone with such grace and kindness. Customer service is hard. I assume he is the owner. Great guy.

        Renewed my license to get the Real ID and expected a 4 year license. Did not explain they consider it a replacement. I was simply upgrading. My regular licensed expired in a few months, so paid a fee to have two licenses for a few months. Had to pay again to renew again. Beware: real id will expire same date as previous drivers license.
