        Customer service- 8/10 Neighbors- 7/10 Hot water-10/10 No Bugs Had a few hundred dollars worth of items stollen from my car and so have a few other of my neighbors. Installed a camera since LL doesnt have any and we regularly get crackheads stealing from our cars. other than that is good

      Hi Katy! We have spoken with you several times over the last 3 weeks giving you the same information you have requested. You mentioned you were not moving until February and wanted us to hold a unit for you which we could not do. You asked for an exemption for your emotional support pet not a deposit exemption. We are happy to welcome any ESA with proper paperwork which was not supplied to us. We wish you the best of luck in finding an apartment in the future! Thanks.
