        I ask for no veggies just meat and cheese and I got everything on it. If I was to have an allergy then that would be cause for concern. The workers had their hair down walking in the kitchen also, there was hair in my food.

        I ordered california melt on jalapeo cheese bread, just the way it comes. the bread is not what i ordered and the only thing on my sandwich is meat and ranch.

      Hi! Did you happen to contact the store about this? We have a strict hair up and hat policy for our establishments and we have a better opportunity to fix any messed up order and know where the problem took place if it is addressed on the day of the visit. Please feel free to call the manager up there to further investigate this matter.

      Hi! We’re so sorry to hear about this unpleasant experience at our location! The sandwich pictured is definitely not up to par with what we expect our food to be served like. It look as though you may have been given the wrong sandwich altogether? Because as you mentioned, the sandwich you received isn’t remotely what you ordered. If you would like, please contact the general manager Josh and he would gladly replace your order. So sorry again for the inconvenience!
