I've worked here with EmpowerMe Wellness, an onsite outpatient therapy company, for about 9 months, and in that time, I've witnessed every day how the staff truly love and care for the residents. The residents respond with the same affection towards the staff. The resident's families have voiced their appreciation for the wonderful care their loved ones are receiving here. I've worked in several nursing facilities the past 20+ years and Sand Sage of the Highlands ranks as one of the best! I love working at this community.

Sand Sage of Highlands has the most caring staff and on-site outpatient therapists. They all know the seniors by name and work in tandem to ensure each of the seniors receive exceptional care!!

Because no stars was not an option. The lack of care here makes our prison system shine like a beacon of light. How is it we vall this care? And for the people we care most about? I don't know where the rest of ya'll visited but this is not ok. Not for anyone, much less the elderly and or terminal. Y'ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I cannot recommend Sand Sage of the Highlands enough! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in a warm and comfortable atmosphere that immediately put our minds at ease. The community is not only physically welcoming, with its beautiful and well-maintained facilities, but it also radiates a sense of genuine care and compassion for its residents and their families. I must extend my deepest gratitude to Megan, who went above and beyond to help us transition my mother-in-law into the community. Her patience, warmth, and readiness to assist in any way possible made a world of difference for our family. She took the time to ensure that both my family and my mother-in-law fully understood the transition process, and her support was invaluable in making this significant change a smooth and positive experience. The impact of the move to Sand Sage of the Highlands was evident within just the first week. We witnessed a dramatic improvement in my mother-in-law's overall health and demeanor, which was truly heartwarming to see. What impressed me the most, however, was the personal care and attention that Megan provided not only to my mother-in-law but also to my husband. She helped him navigate the emotional and mental challenges that come with managing an aging parent and reassured him, dispelling any feelings of guilt he may have had about the transition. The support we received from Sand Sage of the Highlands, particularly from Megan, has made a world of difference in our lives, and we are immensely grateful for the positive impact your community has had. We are so very blessed to have found San Sage of the Highlands in Mustang for my husband. We are all treated like family and he is getting great care. After searching for days I feel we found the perfect place for him. Thank you San Sage family.
