Lauren has been working in veteran mental health for quite a while. Every veteran I know that has gone to her has always had high remarks about her counseling approach. She works with PTSD, TBI, and many other approaches.

As a Combat Veteran and having worked within the mental health world- Valor Recovery Program I am very reserved towards who we have referred to. I have had the privilege to work alongside Lauren Rich. She has been a been a guest speaker/ provided in- services and lectures to specific combat groups returning home(vague for a reason) to us Veterans.. literally., she knows this life, knows the structure.. you dont have to explain what you did- she knows it.. and she will call you out too. But you will get back to your best self! Lauren has gone above and beyond making since of things that may not make since now- I have witnessed this.. IGY6 !

Lauren has provided me with an alternative to the care I received from the VA that was more personal and gave me a perspective that I was previously blind or unaware was available. The insight and guidance that I received for PTSD are tools that I continue to use every day.
