The Springs Skilled Nursing & Therapy

My mother has been in the Springs now for 9 days, I work 12 hour shifts so I can't get to the facility until after 9pm and it's impossible to find someone to help you, I mean totally impossible. I was not able to even get in the facility one night because no one was answering the phones or the doors. I knocked for over 20 mins to ever door I saw and was calling them at the same time. 2 days after mom got to the facility I noticed she still had on the hospital gown from the hospital. Mother has a brace on from her chin to hips I called to ask someone to help me remove tbe brace to change her clothes. The aide came in and said I don't know anything about that grace so I asked her to go get a nurse. Finally the nurse came to the door and saw the aide and said oh the aide can do that, then she walk away, I said wait no the aide can't so she did come back with an attitude. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE ? ALL THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS WHY ISNT SOMETHING DONE??? IM GONNA RATTLE SOME CAGES AROUND HERE, STAY TUNED!

My mother was there recently had a hip surgery. She was having a lot of pain the first night. They called for a nurse to bring her pain meds and it took over 2 hours. My dad went to look for a nurse and couldnt find anyone to help him. I would not recommend this place at all if you love the person you are planning on placing in this facility. We had her transferred to another facility the next day.

I have started here @ The Bridges in Muskogee, pleasant, kind and congenial staff members. Residents are awesome, appreciative and kind. It is truly a home-like environment. No kidding!!! State of the art, and well stocked. Care is on an individualized basis, and people care very much. Not everyone can have the same experience because we are a melting pot, from many different walks of life. Know that living in a LTC/Skilled facility is totally like living at home, but they work diligently to make sure that the little peoples stay is warm and inviting. I'm sorry for the person's that may have not had a positive experience, but I've seen nothing but great people w/caring hearts, they REALLY CARE!!!

My husband's Grandfather was skilled at The Springs. He was treated like family and we were completely happy with his care. Our family's very grateful for their care team!
