Residents are great, new administration sucks! Unless your in their little click you dont have a chance! They came in didn't introduce themselves to staff or residents just starting making changes and demands! Brought in new workers paying them more then their older hard working employees!! Refused to honor the contracts for the CNATraining! Kept the laptops in their office so current training employees couldn't finish the cna training course on them! Corporate had been notified but refuses to do anything about it! Place is known for embezzlement problems including stealing hours from employees!!! Don't give access to employees to check hours before time goes in. They show you a paper on payday of the hours they didn't steal!!!! I wouldn't recommend working here. They will lie and blame you for something just so they can fire you and you can't draw unemployment!!!
