I got my process serving license here & I guess they signed me up for it to auto renew. I didn't use it once so I didn't have a need to renew when it came time. I got a letter a few weeks or maybe a couple months before it would expire talking about paying $100 so I call up there and talk to a lady who says that I can ignore it if I didn't want annoying reminder calls I could sign a piece of paper saying I cancel. Well I work Monday thru Saturday 8:30-6, I don't mind a few calls to ignore I'd rather not have to waste my free time. Then a month probably goes by, I get another letter saying I owe $100 to renew, I call up again and they say I can just ignore it it's just telling me that if I want to renew it will be $100. Okay, cool.. Well then I get another that now says Cancellation and $100. I call up again and specifically ask if I owe $100 for not renewing, the lady tells me that it's basically their last chance letter to get you to renew, I don't owe anything. TODAY I RECEIVED A COLLECTION LETTER SAYING I OWE YALL $100 AFTER YOU TOLD ME 3 TIMES I DONT OWE ANYTHING! What shady, shady business you do. I care about my credit score, I have worked for years for my history to be perfectly clean and y'all mfs wanna ruin it over $100 that I asked 3 times if I needed to pay!!!!
