        I surely appreciate the great service Anna Smith consistently provided me during the year we worked together. TY. She reminded me of the distinction between customer service, & customer experience: something valuable I learned a few years ago. A does not = B. The easiest analogy is eating at a restaurant. You enter, order, receive your meal, eat and go home. Vs: you go home feeling well cared for throughout the experience and had a memorable time you'll share w/ others.
