I hired polston to resolve my tax issue. I was hopeful after speaking with the initial person it could possibly be reduced. After signing up I was told it could be resolved fairly quickly if I provided the information in a timely manner. After this I did not hear from anyone for months. After contacting them I was told my case had been transferred to another attorney. I received a couple of communications, then nothing. Then after a few more months I was able to speak to someone and was told my case was once again given to someone else. Fast forward to almost 3 years, my case has been settled with no reduction but at least I now have a payment plan. My last attorney was horrible at responding or returning calls but the company was always on time taking their payment.

Would definitely research other places... I was told $1000.00 would get me a game plan of how to move forward and what it's gonna cost to fix my situation after they figured it out. The next tax resolution place I walked into told them what I was quoted, the situation the reply they had after they quit laughing was... Call this number go to this office and you might fix your problem for free...if it doesn't work we can probably fix all of your problems for about 1250-2000 and he said 2000 was stretching it a little. So do your research.

Called this place to get help with my IRS issues from H&R Block doing my taxes wrong and the lady I talked to didn't sound real professional and wanted me to call back tomorrow so that made me wonder, and then I told her ill just call someone else and she told me to wait and she would like for me to talk to another woman so I did and why I was on hokd I started looking at the reviews and everyone or other reviews were 1 star and I began to read them and quickly changed my mind, at that time the lady had came on the line and I nicely told her after reading the reviews I had a change in mind, she said what reviews are you looking at, I said the one's on Google listed on polston Tax Resolution, she there's no reviews I said would you like me to read them, she began to speak and I began to read them to her, she said we can't help everyone we have 26k customers, I said well your reviews are 1 star on almost every reviews and they all say the longer you take the more money polston makes, and what it seemed to me she was saying is you do all the work for us and we will file and send paperwork to the irs for you, well I can do that, so I chose not to use Polston Tax Resolutions, because I need someone who knows what they are doing and proves productive and professional on the phone and in person and I did not get that here, if I'm going to spend my hard earned money then I want the right team, Hope this helped anyone who reads this, Thank you
