No bars in showers or bathroom . Rent jumped a lot! I dont fit in very well! Glass doors to make you front door, no wheelchairs need to bother with this place!

They did not hold up to their word, of fencing and keeping it maintained. Its suppose to be a decorative, well constructed fence, as mentioned at aTown Hall meeting. They put up a very cheap wood fence, and put it up with trees growing in between their fence and my fence, causing the trees to offset the brick pillars and rod iron fence that was already there. Ive had to knock down some of my pillars and fencing so the trees wouldnt knock them down. Some of the fencing grew in the trees. They also did not put it low enough to the ground as to keep my small pets from going under the fence. They have not maintained this fence since it went up. Slats are missing, and panels are coming off. They also did not shore up the retaining wall immediately, causing the shifting of my property, causing the wall of my pool to give way, and the concrete walkway around the pool to shift. Although the sell of this property was secretly obtained, only approximately 20 homes have been affected. Most of the original people that built here have sold and moved, due to the broken promises of the owner, the church, to the homeowners. He could have built plenty of money making apartments, duplexes, or triplexes on the other side of 12th street, without having taken the homeowners dreams of their forever homes and views away. I hope he hasnt taken all the residents on a high rent ride. And at least keep the maintenance up on their units.
