        If you don't mind paying an application fee, and meeting her qualifications, only for her to keep the $100 after she rented it to someone else who made more money than us, then you probably will like Gatewood Group Reality. Real class act.

        I rented from Sue at Gatewood for a number of years. She was always easy to work with, communicated promptly and got our maintenance work orders taken care of fast. I dont think these other reviews are talking about the same Gatewood Realty. Shes amazing. I dont see how she could do a better job managing properties.

        Apparently they do not understand that service animals no matter the breed are protected by FEDERAL law and that when I was informed today that they would not rent to us because they do not allow my dogs breed even after informing the woman i spoke to that she is a service animal and protected. Apparently federal laws mean nothing to this company.
