Just Kids Pediatrics

Very bad service! I've been trying to get a hold of them regarding a referral and they never answer my call .It's been 2 weeks I'm trying . I leave voice mail messages nobody call me back .Just to get the referral it takes forever then appointment another month waiting ! It's just horrible.

The staff is excellent and very friendly. I can always get an appointment as soon as possible to meet my needs as a working mother with a busy life etc. We have never waited for more than 15 to 20 minutes. The entire staff always make us feel welcome. Dr. Pope is always open for any questions or concerns we may have. We never feel rushed or like we don't matter because they need to get to the next patient. Thanks for being so great!

I absolutely love this place. Sometimes the music in waiting is a bit loud, and I find it odd they have 3 TVs on at the same time with no volume and music in the background... however, the care is phenomenal! Dr. Pope is amazing, by for my favorite!! The staff are friendly and helpful! I have went through multiple pediatricians trying to find one that fits our needs. It's also really nice they take walk ins!! You don't have to call and wait hours or days to see a dr. Highly recommend!
