        Being a beginner I needed lots of help., the people at the stiching post are ready to help you. Amy is the best teacher., she has lots of patience. i hve taken several of her classes and enjoy her knowledge. I would highly recommened any classes there at the post.

        People were nice but...not well versed. I brought in 2 machines for servicing. One vintage Rocketeer and one antique Singer model 15-88 treadle. They were unable to get the plate off the vintage to do any servicing. As for the antique treadle machine, they claim that I didn't bring in the bobbin case. I did. They said they tried to replace to the bobbin case but after several attempts, none of them worked. They requested I pick up my machines. I researched the bobbin case and found I needed a model 15 with the arm at 11 o'clock. So I ordered just one. It came in. It works perfectly for about $12 with shipping. Both machines now function perfectly, due to my own efforts. Thankfully they did not charge for any professed services provided.

        This place is much more than a store. It is an inspiration if you sew, embroider, quilt. They offer thread, material, machines, lessons, repairs on machines, and advice. Simply jaw-dropping incredible.
