EVERY automotive dealer, Bike, Truck or car states" Buy from us we will treat you like family"! Then after purchase they forget you and there follow through you are forgotten......BUT If you buy a Harley there bot only family, there the crazy uncle that wont go away. And that is a good thing. Fort thunder calls to check on the product, your concerns if any and promotions. and I bought a Sportster....not exactly the big buck purchase on the showroom floor. Any time I go in to buy apparel, they meet you with customer service with the same enthusiasm as if your going to get another bike. Great selection on all items. Always clean. I have bought 2 bikes there and suspect ill be hard pressed to purchase a bike elsewhere, But never can tell.
