I don't feel like this place has my best interest in mind anymore since it has changed to lifestance. And the clinic next door capped at a low dose for mental health services to 1mg/kg when before while it was mind mood pain, my optimal dose was at 1.5mg/kg. I had to ask the clinic about my lowered dose because no one ever told me about this new "policy". I went down 20mg (IV) over several months and found out myself by looking at my drip bag. I feel as though I should be informed of things like taking away 20mg of your dose and not realizing so you schedule infusions once a week but once I realized the dose was so off I figured out that's why I had to schedule so frequently. Cash grab is what it feels like now, mind mood pain was much much better. Everyone is different, I think taking the dosing freedom away was a bad move which is what made me look for ketamine treatment elsewhere. Now that I have a credible and wonderful provider for ketamine, and dalthorp won't write a referral so I can continue to see him for the treatment I need. But they said I could go to the ketamine clinic next door.. that won't give me a dose that is therapeutic for me. Sounds to me like they just want people to use their clinic even if it doesn't help all that much for those of us that need a little higher dosing. When this place was balance women's health, I felt the entire staff heard me and now there's constantly billing issues, or I didn't have a bill for 7 months because my account was "on hold" just to get a statement with basically them demanding I immediately pay my balance. The human aspect has changed and will be finding a new provider. I had been a patient for almost 4 years with cassie(who charges the extra billing codes for no reason), but my ketamine provider can manage my psychiatric medication so I have switched to him to manage everything. I'm incredibly disappointed that it's come to this. And to add on to billing issues, they've been tacking on "therapy" to my 20 minute med check up appointments so my insurance gets charged $300 instead of $200 which brings my copay up around $17 each visit on top of the med checkup copay. Why am I paying for therapy when I saw the provider for 20 minutes? I didn't realize 20 minutes with a PA counted as therapy? Not all my appts have been charged that way, either. Billing is a joke. And Cassandra Gentry won't change the billing codes even though there was no actual therapy or therapeutic techniques used in the appointments.

Billing here is a disaster. Ive called numerous time attempting to get it corrected. They also bill under the physician when you see the PA. Thats a huge insurance fraud issue.
