My therapist was absolutely amazing, but I wanted to share my experience to warn others about their billing system. They never tracked the payments I was making so I overpaid for visits which was the reason I had to stop going. I wasnt the only client facing this problem either. I have sent in multiple bank statements proving that Ive paid for my visits and the last time I spoke to someone they said they owed me money. I stopped going a couple months ago and this week I got a statement saying I owed money. Its the most unprofessional health practice Ive been to and it hurt me to leave because my therapist had helped me overcome a lot of things that Ive been dealing with. Overall though, it caused me more stress and wasnt worth the hundreds of dollars I spent there. My provider at LifeStance has been so helpful with managing my anxiety, depression, and thyroid issues for years. After having my first baby, LifeStance connected me with their Zulresso program for postpartum depression. It has been such a thoughtful and supportive experience and Im so thankful.

They are unprofessional when it comes to scheduling. Ive been trying to get in for weeks. I was teaching and my phone rang I placed it to silent and they called back. I had the teacher from next door come over and take my class they said I had an appointment. I was excited and said yes but needed to confirm with my principal to leave I saw said my planning was at 10 and could call back after my planning ends at 11. I called back at 10:45 they had given my appointment away after I said yes to the appointment and was confirming. Then couldnt help me at all and everyone was very confused. Not a good start to trying to find a new doctor to help. Im extremely disappointed and feel like a number and not a person. They are unprofessional when it comes to scheduling. I traveled four hours from Texas to receive the Zulresso treatment here. I couldnt be happier with the beautiful and relaxing environment as well as the caring, attentive staff. They really care about their patients and make sure you have every comfort and convenience you can think of and more. They do an amazing job taking it beyond just the medical aspect and making it a therapeutic experience by offering group therapy and other mental health resources. Being able to have my family and children visit me throughout the treatment and even stay with me overnight as needed was the best part.
