        I went to this store on February 26th 2024 to get fitted for MY wedding. I told them the suit and everything and they made it seem like everything was all good and said I didnt even have to pay that day. I leave thinking all is well just for my friend in my wedding party to tell me that none of my information is in the group and I dont have a suit whatsoever. So now hoping they are even going to be able to help me with this transaction again and get me a suit that I actually wanted for the wedding in time would be nice but I know I will not be going back to this specific mens wearhouse. Tired to talk to them today about it and the guy could tell I was upset on the phone and said well Im going to go to give you some time to cool off

        Nice selection and knowledgeable staff. To possibly avoid a lengthy fitting and color selection, consider putting your thoughts together in the app. It allows you to literally walk through it all beforehand. During the months of prom going into wedding season, Id suggest having more than two people helping to select and size for tuxedos. We were 2nd in line when we signed in at 6:20p on a Tuesday. The two customers in front of us were already selecting their colors and sizing when we came in. We were finally called an hour later, didnt walk out until 8:30p. I think there should be a better plan for this time of year, maybe the colors and patterns easy to look at and see while waiting, even if its just a chart, it may help move it along at least. Luckily we had nearly picked out everything before we even walked in and I think it would be beneficial to have someone meeting us with a brochure/color chart, etc., upon arrival. Other than the 2.5 hours from entry to exit, my son and his girlfriend left happy with the selection and their choices so for that Im thankful! Just pencil in 3 hours if you plan to visit. If youre in a hurry, you may need to call first to see how busy they are, or plan for another day.
