        Thurman Lynch and his team worked diligently to achieve a favorable decision regarding my claim. Though it was not any easy road, Thurman and his team never stood me up. Each member of the team reassured me, listened to me, and followed through with ACTION. The team was very kind to me on days that I was frustrated. My previous insurance company of over five years never demonstrated such care or concern. I feel excellent customer service is rare these days. I hope this review inspires someone to give Thurman Lynch a chance.
