I absolutely love the houses built by Taber Builders in Moore. I know nothing about floor plans and I have no knowledge about the construction. The manager, Ms.Rachel, patiently guides me step by step into my desired future home. She takes pictures of my half- built house for me almost every week. Bless her heart! She lets me see my new house being born and grown handsomely! The neighborhood looks clean, neat and quiet! I have not moved in yet, but I have already taken a walk in the neighborhood several times in order to enjoy the serenity and the solitude! The several lakes in the neighborhood make additional BeautyPlus for the glamorous environment! The Taber Builders helps me to make my American dream come true. I am a first time home owner with Taber homes; we purchased at Waters in Moore. We are dissatisfied with the customer service provided by your company. ( We had several contractors stop by for several things and the response was " We will fix it. Looks like the items were faulty and we will schedulea time to come back and fix it") We were told by Colten, your warranty manager, that's just what happens because they don't like to give bad news. It would appear your company lies to it's customers and does not actually warranty their work. ( This was also brought to Zac, the manager) This was unexpected of what I thought of Taber expectations. I bought my home 12/22. From the time of purchase our garage door, sprinkler system and several of our lights have not worked correctly. (Now the dishwasher) I have reported these issues and each contractor that came to my house said, "the system is faulty and we will replace it" After the contractors report to Taber they changed their position and say our house was hit by lightning and will not be covered by warranty. Prior to purchase I read all the apparently fictitious glowing reviews on Taber homes. I am so unhappy and disappointed with the work standards of your contractors and your company's failure to honor my warranty. It appears your company can not be trusted. Colten, no care attitude doesn't work for me. I would stay away from Taber homes. I would never buy another home from them.
