I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for 15+ years and have been pleased with the service and pricing. But recently, service has slipped.
The prices are now very erratic. For my unlined wool shirts, sometimes they charge me as a shirt other times a jacket. Today, I picked up flannel shirts and they had charged me the price of a sweater.
When I asked about adjusting the price they said there was no manager available on the weekends. I tried telling them I've been getting a shirt price for years, they didn't care at all. When I said it would affect me coming back, one girl said she didn't care if I came back.

According to employees at other locations, this is the "main" location and is where the owner is located. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone in charge! I've tried. I even went there. The latest problem is I took 3 shirts in for laundry/no starch to one of their locations. These are common print pattern cotton shirts. I was given a ticket for 2 shirts, Dry Clean. I tried to have the ticket corrected to 3 shirts and laundry service as requested. I was told the shirts MUST be dry cleaned. The care instructions label clearly states, Machine Wash and Do Not Dry Clean. This didn't matter. I took the shirts back and will always go elsewhere for any laundry service going forward. Their policy is they are not responsible for damage. These shirts would have been damaged and I'd be out 3 shirts. Stay away.
