        I stopped by and said my charging port was not connecting properly. Therefore not charging my phone. The gentleman at the store took my phone to the back briefly and returned. He said your prongs are slightly bent and we will be able to repair it without changing the port. He said the cost would be $49.99 or 95. I dont remember exactly. I asked if he was authorized as an agent for the insurance on my phone. He said no. I thanked him and left. I took the phone somewhere else and the gentleman said let me look. He used a small tool and removed some lint. Viola fixed. No repairs necessary. And no charge for doing that 10 second debris removal. To say I was disappointed is an understatement at Fix My Phone Plus Moore. Never again.
