        Been taking our baby girl to Vera's her whole life. She LOVES all of them and we LOVE that she is happy, healthy, safe, well cared for, and loved there. Also, major props and shoutout to the groomer who is AMAZING!!!!

      Hello, We have tried to reach out to you regarding your concerns multiple times. It has been over a month since Skip has stepped foot in this facility and you had never mentioned him coughing to us the first time we talked. You have brought to our attention that he goes with you guys multiple places other than here. We also check over every dog before they leave our facility so I would still like to see a picture of the scrape you found on his shoulder. Skip is one of our Private Play dogs, meaning he only gets play and potty breaks with the staff and NOT with any other dogs. We would love to get to the bottom of this situation and make things right. Looking forward to hearing back from you guys!
