The guy didnt even put in the computer that my parents trailer was returned until 11/9 when it was returned 11/1! And now are charging my parents over $300 because the guy at the return location didnt log that it was returned! This is ridiculous like learn to do your job and not cost people a fortune all because your lazy and dont wanna enter it in the computer!
