INTEGRIS Miami Express Care

I had shown up before they closed like 6:40 pm. I figured maybe they would send me away because I needed to get me and my son checked out, since they close at 7pm. They seen us and got us all taken care of. I have an autistic 4 year old. Doctor offices are hard for them, but they were so kind. I had bad experience at Xpress with him, and am so glad I had a good one here. This will be my new place for urgent care from now on. Thank you guys!!

Great express care facility, way better than the Integris in Grove

Usually spent anywhere from hour to 3 hrs here. Longest I've spent there was around 3 hours.

Normally dont have an issue here but we were seen by the female nurse practitioner and I feel she practiced extremely poorly. Im not one to tell someone how to do their job but my daughter had a fever of 102 and was complaining of headache and body aches. She was recommended here by her PCP since they were full in clinic, PCP said she needed swabs to make sure she doesnt have strep, flu or Covid due to fever and exposure to these sicknesses at daycare. (Side note; we have a 3 day old newborn and these could be potentially dangerous infections for him being so fresh) not only did she not want to test for any of these, she also started telling my husband the prices of these tests and saying they werent necessary. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Not to mention, our daughter has insurance. I wont be going here again, which is unfortunate because Ive had nothing but good things to say about this clinic for years. THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. Very kind, great bedside manner and they were great with our daughter. Just a bad experience with the provider.
