The employees were very helpful and friendly. The business had several customers come in. Staff was very courteous to each of us.

Dont ever lease anything from Western Finance. I leased 2 tablets under the false pretense that my kids could do certain things with them that I later found out they can not do. I tried seeing if I could trade them in for a computer instead because I didn't get the services i was promised and they said they dont do that and that my only option is to keep paying on them, or give them back, which is a voluntary repo that will hurt one's credit. So I now have a product that I can not use, a product that I can't ant give back unless I want to destroy my credit, nor do I have the ability to trade it in for something that actually provides me with the services I asked for in the product I wanted before buying it.
All of this could have been avoided if they chose a csr who knows about the products they are selling. Then the customer would have known before he got stuck in a contract he cant back out of, and started a contract with a product that DOES what they asked for. They dont even have a grace period. If you get a product, come home and find out it isnt want you want, you are stuck with it.
I feel scammed as hell. All because I was falsely lead to believe otherwise by the CSR. Even though that mistake is on them, Ilas the customer, you take the hit.
Their loan options though..... 5star option completey, hands down. But all it takes is oen screw over to make a customer of over 3 yrs like me, find another place that cares about their costumers money, and make surw it goes to the services they want them to go to.

Western has been very helpful when unexpected expenses come up. Their customer service is excellent and they always keep in touch to remind me about payments due or money available. Melanie and Tammy Chenoweth are both very helpful. They are friendly and have a great attitude!
