I just want to highlight some atrocious customer service from these two women at the 2215 Steve Owens location. I walk in, and I am not greeted by the two women who are helping nobody. I say good morning and instead of saying it in return, the two women snicker and gossip amidst themselves while looking at me. Then when I finally obtain all of the items I will purchase, I walk up to the counter where there are This register is not available signs in front of both women as they put rice crispy treats in a cup for sale. Not realizing these women are not going to serve me, I stand there confused. One them looks at the self checkout option like it is mandatory for me to check my own items out. This is the only acknowledgement I received the entire time. These women are poor poor examples of good customer service. I was here at 10:30-10:45 AM on December 27th Shame on these women.

The woman's bathroom was atrocious. Two of the three were full of poop and toilet paper. No soap in either dispenser.

There is black and fuzzy white mold in the bathrooms in the vents. Water is dripping from the ceiling. This is absolutely the worst bathrooms we have ever experienced. The owners need to immediately address this or the health department will be called.
