last time I went was not good didnt get the cut I wanted and the hair was wants good my neck her and it was my first time so I didnt know what to do and she didnt tell me it the 2nd time was amazing best hair wash of my life and lobed the hair cut

Its very sad that I went in there and asked for a cut and layers. I told the stylist I am currently undergoing chemotherapy. So my hair is very precious to me. She told me she was going to shave some peach fuzz. I assumed that meant little hair on the back of my neck. But no, she SHAVED OFF some of my ACTUAL hair!!! Then she told me to come back in May and she would give me layers. So, she shaved me then refused the cut I asked for. I called and spoke with the manager who was just as HATEFUL as the hairstylist. My hair is not going to grow back for a very very long time. So her shaving it upset me so much. I really hope that the manager and stylist are ashamed at themselves for treating me this way. My family and I have been going here for cuts, colors and to have our hair styled for 5+ years. Needless to say, we will not be back.
