        Leah lied ruthlessly to get me to use your service. Huge regret. The smallest tax return I've ever gotten in my life. $200+ in fees and they ask for $60 extra for coverage in case THEY make a mistake. Didn't even walk out with cash have to activate a card and wait still.

        I do not recommend this place. I did an amended return in 2023 for 2021 when I filed my taxes for 2022. I was told that it could take a little bit to get that one back in so I waited until October to go back in. They then refiled my admended return and told me 5-6 weeks. I went back in today and talked to Flo and all she did was give me the number to IRS and told me I know more about it then she did. I am very upset with the fact that I paid good money for the Jackson Hewitt Advantage and felt like I got thrown to the curb with no help.
