        Start up is 50.00 plus fuel, I paid 165.00 for Aug-Sept, I paid 200.00 for oct -dec, Closed the account Nov 2 2023 and didn’t get a refund for Nov because I closed the account on the second, I should have had a refund for Nov &Dec but due to closing on the second I only got refund for December. So they came and got the poly cart that I tried to take back to the company and charged me $81.00 so there for I still owe them 16.67 for two months of service that wasn’t provided due to account being closed. This is not good business practices!

        Its frustrating this is all we have in our area. Their customer service woman from the Mcalester area is extremely rude and hateful. Its sad when you just need help and you get calls back from someone upset they have to do their job and answer them for you. They desperately need to hire some new employees. Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal

        We attempted to use this company for a roll off. Call center is where it goes first and then a sales rep in Tulsa. Left doesn't talk to the right and after taking our payment and CONFIRMING everything over the phone, we are told it is not in the system and there is nothing they can do. The front lady was extremely rude and NOT helpful. Their reviews should give you enough proof to not use this place for anything. Service: Junk removal
