I am very impressed with my experience here at J&J, their prices are more than fair compared to the astronomical estimates I got elsewhere in town. Jeremy showed me the "why" & was never pushy. I have had sone bad experiences with mechanics, my dad said it was because I was a women or less knowledgeable about the mechanics of a vehichle, whatever the reason Jeremy never made me feel pushed into more than what my vehichle needed. In fact he said my did not need all that other shops said it did. Being on a limited income this helped tremendously & kept my world turning. Thank you Jeremy & your crew you are amazing!! I will be back when my vehichle needs anything!

First time going there.we heard about them from a friend.and these people are very honest telling you the problem with your vehicle.theres not anyone else as honest as they are here in Mcalester

We have a wonderful citizen in our community who deserves this five star rating and THEN some! I dropped my car off this morning, excited to have the oil pan gasket replaced by the end of the day and fully expected to pay hundreds of dollars. Within a short time I received a phone call from the owner, Jeremy. You dont have a defective oil pan at all. The leak is coming from the oil filter. It wasnt turned all the way. If they arent tight, they can leak. We fixed it. No charge. Youre all set! What??!! THIS dear man could have charged me for an oil pan gasket repair and I wouldnt have known the difference! I was astonished. Jeremy, what you did was honorable and memorable and youve JUST won ANOTHER loyal customer and cheering fan. On behalf of everyone who values honesty in these crazy times, THANK you!! You make a difference!!
