There's never anyone in the office. They don't answer the phone. I called and called while standing in the lobby and I kept getting forwarded while I canhear the phone ring. And as soon as you open the lobby door the smell of dog kennel hits you like a brick wall. Very unprofessional.

Smokey room all night pain in my head.
There are a lot of bugs in the room. I feel really sorry that we stopped here at this motel!
